Physical fitness is an essential part of the success of every martial artist. Since survival depends on conditioning, mental endurance and tenacity, UCS emphasizes intensive fitness and conditioning as part of every class and special program. In addition to general conditioning, each program consists of a fitness program designed to develop the attributes necessary to each category of combat. The UCS Fitness and Conditioning curriculum provides immediate and long-term benefits in all areas of life and will significantly improve your determination and focus.
