Physical fitness is an essential part of the success of every martial artist.  Since survival depends on c
onditioning, mental endurance and tenacity, UCS emphasizes intensive fitness and conditioning as part of every class and special program.  In addition to general conditioning, each program consists of a fitness program designed to develop the attributes necessary to each category of combat. The UCS Fitness and Conditioning curriculum provides immediate and long-term benefits in all areas of life and will significantly improve your determination and focus.













PROGRAM FEATURES

  • Contact conditioning drills prepare the body and mind to deal with contact;
  • Conditioning drills develop core and joint strength, combat endurance, flexibility and tenacity;
  • Weight-training drills build muscular strength and mental focus.
