COMBAT SPECIALISTS
UCS specializes in street-effective, reality-based self defence with an approach that goes beyond techniques and touches on psychology, legal considerations and conditioning. Our curriculum is designed with one goal in mind: to provide students with the tools to ensure their survival in the face of any attack. The UCS approach is physically intense, comprehensive and complete, incorporating unarmed, armed, multiple opponent and other aspects of self defence.
THE UCS TRAINING REGIMEN
UCS offers programs, courses and seminars covering psychology, techniques and conditioning for all combat situations and can tailor a program to meet your specific needs and goals. Our instructors will work with you to develop a customized program based on your objectives.
